We're looking for a female roommate to take over a bedroom in our awesome duplex apartment in prime WV, starting January 1, the lease ends 7/31 with option to extend. The room is upstairs in the duplex, you would share a bathroom with 1 of the girls. We also have a cute backyard space that's perfect for summer, also lucky to have a washer and dryer in unit!

Rent is $2438 a month and we'll need someone to commit to the end of the lease 7/31/26 with the option to renew! You'd be living with two fun corporate girlies in their late 20s/early 30s. We love going out for cocktails, trying new restaurants and exploring the city.

Looking for someone around the same vibe - clean, respectful, social, and easy to live with.
