I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at 95 Horatio — a luxury doorman building in the heart of the West Village. I put a lot of effort into finding great roommates, and you’ll be living with two great guys (28 & 33), both working in quant finance with stable, FT, in-office jobs. They’re easygoing, social, respectful of shared space, and ideally looking for a roommate who will contribute to a friendly, social vibe at home.

The Room
- Unfurnished (but if that’s a dealbreaker, we can discuss)
- Bright, good-sized window with actual **water views**, overlooking Little Island
- Central AC
- Great closet
- Minimal street noise

The Apartment
- 3 Bed / 2 Bath (you’d share one bathroom)
- Great storage space throughout
- Bright, spacious common areas
- Common areas are currently furnished, but the guys are open to redecorating/refurnishing to make better use of the space

- Gym
- Laundry in building
- Incredible rooftop with indescribable views - also has BBQ grills, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, etc.

- Very friendly building with great neighbors
