True West Village experience

This Ad is for a short term stay. I recently acquired a long term tenant starting October 15th. The large bedroom located in a 2 bedroom apt which is shared with me, my 2 unique dogs and sassy cat. It’s conveniently located to the 1 train 2 blocks away and the west 4th station (ACE, BDFM) just a few more and the M8 crosstown bus is practically outside my door. We share the kitchen, living room and bathroom. Once again we have individual bedrooms. The room has a full/double bed, wardrobe closet, shelving unit a pull down desk with Koran teak chair, sliding barn door, in window A/C and electric fireplace. There is washroom in the basement which is a real plus in this area. The apartment has an abstract art, old world, bohemian vibe. Have the greatest coffee in the city at Oslo an old world meets modern infusion shop located at the front of the building. Great area to live, lots of shops and restaurants. Come give it a look.
