My apartment is located in a quiet low rise area of the West Village and is 800 sf: the room is 10x15 and has a window facing a quiet courtyard which you are free to use.
Laundry facilities are nearby (50 feet), utilities including wifi, electricity and cable are $100 a month. There is a monthly cleaning service for the common areas which I provide gratis..
The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the 1/2/3 trains on 7th and 12th Street and a bit longer to the A/C/E trains on 14th and 8th.
