Incredibly quiet, first-floor duplex located in the back eastern corner of the building, the unit backs up to a beautiful courtyard and YOUR OWN private patio with charcoal grill. Upgraded appliances, wood floors, recessed lighting, high ceilings, exposed brick walls (upstairs + down), and TONS of deep storage and closet space throughout the apartment. Large windows upstairs give the space beautiful light plus built-in A/C unit for the summer months.

Bedroom is HUGE and will fit a king-size bed comfortably with enough space to have a downstairs sitting area/workout space/desk /etc. too. Full bathroom upstairs (shower + bathtub) and a half-bath off the downstairs bedroom. Your patio access is right off the bedroom, and another door downstairs gives you EASY access to the building's washer and dryer room (which is never used, so basically yours).

While we never have issues, property management and super are very responsive and fast on addressing any needs or fixes. This unit is a gem and has been off the market for almost 8 years -- get the chance to scoop it up!

- Application w/ credit check: $20 non-refundable application fee (per applicant)

- Copies of most recent bank statements (the more information provided, the stronger the application; landlord is looking for tenants with strong savings and little debt)

- Employment verification letter (stating duration, status and current salary information)

- Letters of recommendation or contact information from past two (2) landlords
