1 block from Hudson River Park. Near High Line, bus and subways.

Term is through May 2021 with possibility of extending. . It’s a beautiful furnished room in large, furnished duplex.. You'd be sharing the apt. with 1 or two other housemates.

There's room for personal art, books, bed and window dressings, etc. but furniture stays.

The room also has huge closet, great light, broadband via wireless router, air conditioning. Plus, we have cable tv w/premium channels in living room.

Looking for one clean, neat, friendly, mature, reliable non-smoker. No drama please.

Other details: laundry in building; small kitchen, so light cooking (not greasy) only; no room for bike.

First, last and one month security deposit required.
