I'm looking for someone reliable to sublet my room in my spacious 4 bd/2 bath pre-war apartment in Washington Heights. The room is large and has 2 big windows, and there is a large closet that has built in shelves.

I'm looking for a female roommate only. There are 3 other roommates, all women, and there is a sweet, but shy, 3-yr old cat. She doesn't jump on counters or go near food. The roommates' ages are 26, 26, and 31, and it is a diverse household. The household is LGBTQ+ safe as well!

It's a 5 min walk to Columbia Med school, and two of the roommates are current nurse practitioner students, so this is a great option for other medical professionals or students!

The apartment building has laundry in the basement, an elevator, and a responsive landlord. The unit itself has a dishwasher and a spacious kitchen, and is on the ground floor! The neighborhood is well lit and constantly busy because of the med school, so it doesn't feel isolated at all at night.

I'm asking for 1 month + 1 deposit for a December 1st move-in. Rent is $1,050 per month. Utilities you'll be responsible for are WiFi, which is $17 per month, and Energy, which ranges from $50-$100 per month. It is only typically above $60 or $70 during the summer.
