We’re urgently looking for one roommate to fill a room in our Washington Heights apartment! We’re hoping to find someone who is respectful, responsible, and considerate of shared spaces and wants to live in a comfortable, friendly apartment.

Great Location! 📍

The apartment is conveniently located in Washington Heights, close to both the A and 1 subway lines, making commuting around Manhattan and beyond easy. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and other neighborhood conveniences to enjoy.

We are looking for just one person to fill the available room, not multiple roommates. The prospective roommate will need to complete management’s application and receive approval.

Monthly rent, room details, and move-in information will be provided to interested applicants.
