Looking for someone to sublet in our 3 bed 1 bath apartment in Washington Heights!
.. rental period: October 1st-July 30th but the dates are flexible to extend or move in! Discount of $850 for October, November, and December!
- The room will be unfinished. (We might have some things you could borrow)
ESE Rent is $1000 a month. This includes:

Short walk to A, C, and 1 lines.
LGBTQ+ and *20 friendly! We already have a cat so we can't take anymore pets.

The neighborhood is full of grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. A quick subway ride to the cloisters and roughly 35 min to Penn Station.
A little about us:
} Katherine Kitty: Katherine is the house cat. She's
very friendly and loves to play. She does have free roam of the house's shared spaces. She does not have access to your room unless you want her there.
Emily: I'm a middle school English teacher. I'm out of the house a lot for that, but I enjoy a weeknight in. I love music/concerts, reading, and movie nights.
Olivia: I'm a model and artist. My schedule is pretty similar to Emily's. We have a lot of movie nights and I LOVE karaoke!
