Where: Uptown Manhattan, by the NY Presbyterian Hospital on (162nd St between Broadway Ave and Saint Nicholas ave). Quiet building, busy neighborhood with some noise but hardly any noise from the outside goes into the bedroom. The building has a working elevator. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

There are a few parks around us, Riverside Bank is closed by. A few blocks away there is the crosswalk into the Riverside Park for walking and bicycling. The building is located a minute away from C train subway station. The A and 1 trains, the M4 bus, M100, M3 and Bx7 are all 2-3 mins away walking distance. Within 5 minutes or less walking distance there are a supermarket, a multicultural variety of restaurants, bars, shopping center, a NYPL, the Morris Jumel Mansion, some public schools, some playgrounds and parks.
