I’m Cristal (she/her), and I’m looking for a friendly, clean, and chill roommate to move into the second bedroom in my apartment!

🏠 About the Apartment

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-concept living room and kitchen. It has high ceilings and large windows, which make the space feel bright, sunny, and welcoming. All of the appliances are new and up to date.

The building also has some great amenities:

* Elevator
* Basement with a designated trash and recycling area
* 3 washers and 3 dryers in the basement
* Super who lives in the building and is available to help with repairs or installations when needed

I’ve been living here for 4 years and have never had any major issues with the apartment or anyone in the building—just the occasional normal maintenance fix. Everyone who visits always compliments the apartment and says it has a very “Sex and the City” feel to it! 😂

💕 A Little About Me

I’m 27 and work in finance in a hybrid role. I’m social and love talking to people, but I definitely have a social battery too—if you know, you know lol.

I’d describe myself as independent, clean, kind, chill, and easy to communicate with. I’m big on being respectful of each other’s space and having open communication if anything ever comes up.

I’m also a BIG Love Island fan lol, so if you are too, we’ll probably get along 😂
