The room is available only for up to 5 months . Best for short term stay or someone moving to the city and need a place to stay till they find a more permanent situation . The room is 8x 10 ft, all utilities included and we have a cleaning coming every 3-4 weeks. The apt is on the 5th floor of an elevator building . It’s very spacious almost 900sf with shared kitchen, dining foyer, living room, sun room. 1 block from to the A train 181th stop , ( 20 min to midtown ) quiet and safe residential area in WaHi / Hudson Heights with a supermarket 2 blocks away and shopping and restaurants near by. Close to Fort Tyron park .

Share with a mature professional female and 30ish gay male . I come from an arts/fashion/theater background and now work regular hours in an office . Male roommate works for a theater production company and has a little well behaved and fun dog . We both are easy going, clean and respectful. We have a pleasant drama free home and want to keep it that way …
