-Gorgeous Lg sunny furnished room. 2 windows look over a park. You hear birds and dogs and see trees and sky. Room includes a Medium size closet, a desk, couch, a high quality mattress, and, towels and bedding. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with, including spices.

- You will be sharing my apt with one 31 year old male math teacher (from Detroit new to NYC)who just started a new teaching position at a private school.

-Rent, $1,300 per room includes Utilities, however when the electricity and gas are increased because of heat waves I may ask for a supplement. One month deposit, first month rent the day you move in, and an extra $200 damage/Utility deposit. Need $2,800 to move in and receive keys.

-Building has laundry and trash (recycling) in the basement and a part-time doorman (Wed.-Sun. 1;30pm-10pm). Washington Heights neighborhood is a safe family friendly area. The A express- train is two blocks away, the C and ! trains are 5 blocks away. 30-40 minutes to midtown 42nd street.

-I am looking for someone who needs to be in NYC sometime between September 10 until January 4th. Dates are a bit flexible. Shorter term sublet might be considered, bu, I want a minimum commitment of three months.

-Ideal roommate is a person coming to NYC to study, do research, perform, start a new job, needs to be in NYC Mon-Fri. but lives elsewhere with a family, needing a temp. situation while rennovating, temp room while Apt. searching, would like a pied a Terre in NYC. This is NOT a good situation for someone with a lot of boxes, furniture, or works full time from home.

- My apt. is completely furnished, there is no extra room for more furniture, boxes, kitchen utensil s/appliances, nor multiple suitcase storage.

-I have excellent references from past roommates including my roommate who just moved out. I will require some proof of what you will be doing here in NYC (job, study, USA VISA for Internationals), also, I will need a photocopy of your ID, Passport, etc...to put on file with the building that you are my temp roommate. And at least two references.

-Email me with your questions and concerns, and to discuss details. I prefer to speak in person, so, once we connect I will require a phone call, and then we can FaceTime so I can show you my apt. and I will send you videos. Looking forward to meeting you. Rachelle
