Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to sublet / sublease my furnished bedroom in Washington Heights starting July 8th with flexible options depending on how long you plan to stay. This setup works well for someone looking for a temporary stay in Manhattan while figuring out longer-term housing.

Apartment Environment

Shared with young professionals and students. I’m currently the only roommate who works from home, so during the day the apartment is generally quiet and you’ll have good access to the common spaces.
