Looking for a roommate in 3BHK

One large room available in a 3 BHK apartment. You would be sharing the house with myself and a male friend. We are both researchers at Mount Sinai and looking for someone to occupy the third room in our house and sign a lease for the upcoming year. The room is airy (two windows) and spacious. The house has two bathrooms and a spacious living room that is fully furnished and open to use.

We are easy going, respectful roommates who enjoy cooking, eating out, and watching tv to wind down at night. We are respectful of others’ space and privacy but would also love to get along with and spend time with a new roommate.

Household rules: We share household duties and take turns doing them. No smoking.

Cons: The apartment is close to Columbia hospital so expect a little traffic throughout the night. It’s not loud but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise.

Pros: The walls are pretty sound proof, the apartment is spacious, and it’s conveniently located on the A line so you can catch the train in under two minutes.

In short, we treat this apartment like a home and hope to find a considerate and easy going roommate who can get along with us and treat it similarly~
