I am looking to sublease the second room I rent starting in June. The building is pretty, safe, and has an elevator. We have a laundry room in the building and a smaller in unit washing machine. There is also a dish washer and very spacious living room. It’s near the 1, C, B, and D trains so it’s a very convenient location. The area is super cheap (cheaper than East Harlem) and it’s a pretty easy ride to NJ and a fairly short walk to the Bronx. I am a 25 year old joint masters and JD student. I spend most of my time studying. My roommate is not around often because he works long hours. Both of us are very chill and would love to find someone who is responsible but laid back. Both my roommate and I have cats. Both cats are very friendly and do not bite or scratch. Due to the cats we are sadly a no dog household. If you are interested just message me. I will begin showing the place June 1st but after that am looking for an ASAP move in date. Proof of credit, income, and employment is required. If you are a student and do not have steady employment at the moment I am willing to consider but I will need proof of a guarantor.
