Spacious, Bright Master Bedroom for Rent!

Our apartment is a three-bedroom on the sixth floor of a pre-war walk-up building, with a separate living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It’s very quiet and gets great natural light throughout the day. There are hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment, with tile in the kitchen and bathroom.

There is also a laundromat at the end of our street that offers delivery service right to the sixth floor.

My roommate (female) and I are looking for another female roommate to join us on the lease starting July
1. The total rent is $1,001.79 per month starting June
2. Security Deposit is $1,500
3. The application fee is $20.00
4. If you need to use a guarantor, $25 application fee
5. Broker Fee is $1,000

We’re pretty laid-back—one of us works from home, and the other works late-night shifts and is rarely home. We’re looking for someone who is chill, quiet, and tidy.

The available bedroom is the “master” and comfortably fits a queen or full-size bed. It has two large windows overlooking a park.

We split bills three ways, including WiFi, electricity, and a monthly cleaner/cleaning supplies.

The neighborhood has a classic old New York feel and is close to Columbia Medical as well as the A, C, and 1 trains.

No pets, no smoking, and no overnight guests.
