The room is medium size - 11’11” x 12’4” (147 sq. feet), unfurnished, with wood flooring, a deep closet, and an air conditioner.
All utilities included (water/heat/electric/internet). Shared kitchen, living room & bathroom. Elevator building. Shared storage space in different areas of the apartment.

I’m a warm and friendly woman who lives a pretty mellow life. I’m looking for a nice, responsible, financially secure female to rent the second bedroom in my comfy 2 bedroom apartment. I’ve lived here for quite awhile. Hopefully the pictures attached will show what I mean by describing my home as comfortable and charming.

Cleanliness is extremely important to me. This is an older apartment and cleaning up after yourself in all our shared spaces is a must. This is my only deal breaker.

The neighborhood is friendly and diverse. 5 minute walk to the #1 train; groceries/cafes/drugstores/laundromats/gyms, walkway into Riverside Park etc. within 5-10 minute walk.

Animal alert in case of allergies! I have a very friendly, short haired, orange cat named Beacon. He’s sweet and can be very vocal. It’s best that whoever moves in is comfortable with and likes cats.
