I'm subletting my room in Washington heights in Manhattan from May 1st to end of July. It's a private room in a three bed one bath apartment. Two other males in their mid to late 20s live in the apartment and have their own room. The room has a full size bed, desk, dresser, and closet. Room also has an AC unit. Close proximity to A and 1 trains, two stops from Columbia University Hospital.
