Room for Rent starting July 1

11.5 x 9.5 room for rent in a 3 bedroom apartment. Room includes one closet.

This is a roommate replacement as I am moving out upon the expiration of the lease. The lease starts July 1, but need someone to confirm intent to rent by May 15.

Roommate is a 32 year old professional who works from home (in her room). Living room is a shared space and would prefer that work from home is done in the bedroom. Must be okay living with cats. Kitchen and bathroom are shared, and cleaning duties alternate.

Utilities (internet and electricity) are split three ways - average of $67/month.
