Entire apartment is fully furnished. You can store items underneath the bed frame, you will have to provide your own source of streaming (Firestick, apple tv, etc.).
Park views, you can see the empire state building and freedom tower in the distance!
All amenities included (Heat, Electric, Water, Hot Water, Wifi)
Shared Household appliances included (mini dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware, etc.)
Bed frame allows storage underneath the bed.
Laundromat not in building but around the corner.
Key Food is around the corner
Nike indoor running track 7 min walk.

Flexible on pricing based on commitment:
$1600 at one year
$1650 at six months
$1700 for anything less than a six month agreement.

We're grown adults, we keep things pretty clean and respectful of the space and people in it. Drama free, we are considerate of noise and time and would appreciate the same in a roommate.
