Uptown Summer Sublet

Hello- I am subletting my lovely room in Washington Heights for the month of June-July (but it will technically be available between May 31-Aug 8). No option for long-term unfortunately, as I will be back promptly!

This is the largest room (furnished with queen bed, tall ceiling, dresser, bookshelf, and desk) in the apartment. Rent per month is $1100, including utilities. In the summer it is $25 per month for AC, Wifi is included. Shared bathroom between 3 people (another room has its own), and shared kitchen, the living room isn’t usually shared. Laundry is available in the basement of the building. Nearby is easy access to the A (175 or 181st - 5mins) and the 1 - 8mins walk. Lots of grocery stores, parks, transport hubs nearby. Also near Columbia-Pres Hospital/Med School for students - 10min walk. Convenient for those working UWS, Uptown, West Bronx, Midtown.

There are two other young students apart from myself, as well as the landlord who works out of the apartment. Everyone is kind, quiet, and clean. This room is ideal for a summer student, intern, or professional with a regular 9-5 or 10-6 work schedule M-F due to the landlord’s work during the day (in music, so requiring the space and quiet). It is a very peaceful place to come home to, and am happy to answer any questions!
