Seeking a female roommate (no pets please) for an unfurnished large room for rent in a much sought after, quiet, calm, family oriented street in the Washington Heights area of Manhattan. This is a huge 3-bedroom apartment with beautiful expansive views of the GW Bridge & Henry Hudson River. Huge unfurnished bedroom with a gorgeous view, room is $1000 a month we ask for first month and security and sign an agreement. Utilities are included with the exception in the summer if an AC is in use there will be an extra charge a month until AC is no longer in use.
Share the space with a loving family, a cat, and 2 doggy roommates. Beautiful large living room, kitchen, & bathroom. (You would be sharing the bathroom with just one person.) Building amenities include laundry room, full service elevator, front & side entrances.
Plenty of shopping opportunities in the neighborhood. Just a 10min walk from the Columbia University Medical Center Campus, & New York Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Just two blocks away from George Washington Bridge Park, very short walk to Henry Hudson Park, the park is open to the general public & offers public grills (great for parties). Walk or jog across the GW Bridge, easy access to running & biking trails along the Hudson River. 15min walk to Fort Tryon Park which houses the Cloisters museum, and offers gorgeous views of the river & the bridge.
