Hi my name is Jackie My husband and I have 1 nice clean furnished room for rent in Hudson Heights (UPTOWN MANHATTAN).

It's a convenient spot because it's 2 minutes away from the A express train, 3 minutes away from the 1 local train, It's 15 minutes away from midtown on the express train. We have restaurants all over. Mexican, Dominican, Japanese, Chinese, Tex-Mex, Starbucks, Chipotle, Cafes etc.... We have gyms close by like Planet fitness and the Blink gym. The Laundromat is right across the street. Pharmacys, Groceries & Deli and supermarkets Marshals Gap outlet. 1 minute away for the George Washington Bridge. The room is spacious it has 1 closet, a mini fridge, WIFI, AC, a twin XL size bed and a radiator for heat and a window.

You have access to the kitchen as long as you clean up after yourself, self awareness is key.

No shared chores my husband and I clean the apartment (not including your room). You have to clean up after yourself specially in your room, bathroom and the kitchen because pest are not welcomed here. Hygiene and awareness is a must. The living room is not a shared space nor common area.

It’s $100 a month.
To move in you have to give 1 month in advance and a $1000 deposit.

WE DON'T HAVE KIDS, SO ITS QUIET ALL THE TIME. WE ARE MINDFUL, RESPECTFUL AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE RESPECTFUL AND HARD WORKING AND THAT IS ON POINT WITH THE RENT. IT’S A DRAMA FREE HOUSEHOLD.
