I’m seeking a nice, responsible female roommate for a quiet, friendly home.
I’m warm and mellow; I live a pretty peaceful life.

Shared spaces: Kitchen, living room, bathroom.

Cleanliness is a must. You must clean up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom and share in regular cleaning. This is my only dealbreaker.

Cat 🐈! I have an extremely friendly orange cat named Beacon - he’s very sweet and can be very vocal when not sleeping, so you should be comfortable with and like cats.

Washington Heights is a very alive and diverse neighborhood with grocery stores, laundromats, cleaners, drugstores, cafes, and more all within a 5-10 minute walk. About a 5 minute walk to and from the #1 train. The apartment is also a short distance to the Riverside Drive path for running, walking etc.
