Great room with extra high ceilings, closet, shelving unit and a twin bed. Apartment is quiet and peaceful and does an excellent job mitigating outside noises. Right off 158th and Broadway just a block away from subway train and two blocks from parks. Gym and coffee shops and grocery stores all nearby as well. Two working professionals live there and one dog. Both roommates keep to themselves and when are not working chill and watch tv. Both sleep at night so would like someone who respects that. There is a kitchen that you can use as well. The room is 1100 a month and does include internet and utilities. rent is expected by the first of each month. a late fee is applied after the 5th of each month if rent isn't paid.
