Room Available in Washington Heights - Late March

Room for Rent - Washington Heights ($1400/month)

Hey there, I am looking for someone to take over my room ant the end of March, flexible move in date, and sign on to the lease starting June 1.
This is a three bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the top floor of a mid sized apartment building. There are two elevators, in-unit washer and dryer, open plan kitchen and living room. The room is 13ft x 14ft with one closet, additional closet space available in hallway (a lot of storage available honestly).

The apartment has tons of light and great views over the neighborhood and of the George Washington bridge. The 1 train is 50ft from our front door and the A/C line is an 8minute walk. We have a decent grocery store across the street and a nicer grocery store is only a 5min walk up the block.

My current roommates are busy professionals that often travel for work, so the apartment is typically quiet and easy going. I am looking for someone similar that will be a good fit for the apartment.
