Hello! We’re looking to fill one bedroom in our 4BR/2BA apartment in Washington Heights. The unit is in a well-maintained elevator building, steps from the A express and 1 train, with laundry conveniently located directly across the street.
Our home is shared by three friendly, responsible young professionals:
Roommate 1: Female, late 20s, a full-time actor who also works with animals
Roommate 2: Female, late 20s, full-time hybrid worker and student
Roommate 3: Male, early 30s, works full-time with animals and is active in yoga/fitness
We keep a clean, peaceful, and respectful environment and are hoping to find someone similar. We’re a friendly household and enjoy a calm home life rather than bringing the party home. We want everyone to feel welcome to use the communal spaces in the unit.
