Its one hundred a night. RENTING THIS ROOM 100/NIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING TIMES IN JANURARY:

I AM RENTING THIS ROOM FOR THE PERIOD OF January 5 to January 17. Checkin 10am jam 5 , checkout 8pm Jan 17th.

If you are female in your 20s and that works for you, lmk! If you need to stay within a smaller time period between those days, please do lmk. Its $ 100/ night.

This is a cozy large bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment in Washington Heights just a 30 min train ride to central park. 3 female roommates who are quiet, clean, friendly and keep to themselves.
Modern kitchen and living room, and includes laundry/dryer in the apartment itself.
Internet and private closet.
Queen size bed.
Elevator building as well.
A 2 minute walk from the 1 train and 7 minute walk from the A and C train.
The room will be bare when you come in, bed and built in closet remains. Rest of items will be removed including the plant in the picture.

Looking for a female who just needs a spot for that time only.

I am one of 4 people in the apartment, you will be in the apartment with just 3 other 23-26 year old women.
