THE PEOPLE:
Females preferred.
You will live with Alice (24, from Italy) — clean, respectful, easygoing.
I travel for work and I am rarely at the apartment.

ABOUT ME:
My name is Fatos, 33, living in NYC for 10 years.
I’m a data engineer, travel often, and enjoy the beach, skiing, gym, hiking, and soccer.

THE APARTMENT:
Large 3 bed / 1 bath.
Rooms are far apart for privacy.
Kitchen is almost 30 ft from bedrooms.
Washer and dryer in the apartment.
Lots of natural light.

THE ROOM – $800/month:
Large, bright room
Two windows
Closet included
Fits a queen bed with extra space for a desk or workout area
(No street view)

UTILITIES:
Electricity ~ $25 per person
Internet $15 per person
Cleaning fee $50 per person (professional cleaning once a month)

HOUSE RULES:
No drugs of any kind
No smoking (including vape/weed)
Slippers only inside the apartment (outside shoes stay at the door)
Clean, safe, calm, and cozy home
Respect and communication are important

RENT TERMS:
Month-to-month
Security deposit + first month’s rent required
Mandatory lease signing before move-in
30-day notice to move out (notice must be given on the 1st)
No eviction history (credit & background check required)
