A small private room (12'2" x 8'9") is available in this fully furnished apartment after the previous tenant left without notice. You have decent closet space available in the room. The apartment has two bathrooms—one already shared by two roommates, and the available room comes with access to the second bathroom, which has a tub. The kitchen is shared, but you’ll have cabinet spaces reserved for your use. The living room is also shared, and we just ask that everyone keeps common areas clean after use. The apartment includes in-unit laundry for convenience.

There are six cats and two dogs in the home, so this place is best suited for someone who’s comfortable living with pets and doesn’t have allergies or does not mind the barking/meowing. We’re looking for a respectful, tidy, and easygoing roommate who’s comfortable in a shared living environment.

The room is available immediately, you can view the room first and move in right away if you're more comfortable that way. Ideally, the new tenant will cover this month’s rent, with the lease officially starting November 1.

So the starting will be $1720 which covers this month and deposit and will be $860 monthly after since they just raised the rent.
