Hi! I’m an older Hispanic retired women. I’m looking for an employed female roommate to share my huge apartment with. The rent includes $1,100/month, on a 3rd floor, with electricity and internet included. The room is fully furnished with a brand-new bed, TV, personal fridge and electrical stove, AC and has a large closet. Shared bathroom and no access to main kitchen except for use of microwave. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. The building has an elevator and wheelchair-accessible entrance through the basement, with a laundromat next door and local stores on every corner.
