Hello everyone! This is a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Washington Heights, with 1 room available starting September 1st. Please note there are 2 cats in the apartment! (1 mainly stays in the owner's room while 1 is sometimes in the common spaces)

The Apartment: 4 bedroom apartment, dishwasher, new appliances, lots of natural light, and great roommates!

The Room: A sunny bedroom, a good size room (can fit Queen size bed), and a closet with mirror doors (no need to bring/buy a mirror, built in full length mirror).

The Location: Apartment right in front of the 1 train and about a 7 min walk to the A/C train. Laundromat is 1 block away. Riverbank State Park is a short walk away. The Grocery store and Wonder food hall are right in front of the building and Planet Fitness is right across the street. Great location!

The Roommates: We are 3 women in our 30s. The three of us are full-time professionals. We are very friendly and love casual conversations in passing, but everyone mainly keeps to ourselves for the most part.

Utilities come out typically around $60-$80 each.
