Looking for someone who is in their 20s/ 30s, preferably works in office/is in graduate school. Who is a reliable communicator willing to clean, pay rent/utilities on time, respects all common areas and cleans up after themselves.

🏠 Home is a calm, low-chaos place to relax and recharge - we incorporated things that are conducive to that such as a weekly cleaning schedule, respectful of each other's things and shared communal spaces, practice mature open communication amongst eachother, mindful of noise (with agreed upon quiet times late at nights/early mornings), do our dishes within a day, clean up after ourselves, take responsibility for the apartment needs, and are mindful of guests/foot traffic. Occasional guest(s)/consistent partner are welcomed – but no bringing the party home/hosting. We spend most of our social time outside the home. Include the word koala so I know you've read the ad. Non-smoker (including 420) and sober/social drinker thats seeking a stable, long-term living situation (1 year+) and genuinely values a peaceful, comfortable home.

6 minute walk to the A train 175 station,
8 minute walk to A/C/1 trains at 168th.
(25 mins to midtown, 35 to downtown)
-Citibike station across the street,
-Buses M4 (on our block), M3, M5, M100, Bx7 (one block away)

-1 block from J Hood park, laundromat, grocery stores etc
-10 min walk to Target, Marshall’s, Blink fitness & Personal fitness, etc

About the roomies
Me: Lived in the city for almost 10 yrs now. In my free time I enjoy being outside, exploring the city, hitting the gym, grabbing coffee, hanging out with friends, discovering a new food spot. When I’m home I usually am relaxing in my room and binge watching tiktok (I know, I know!). I like having a friendly relationship with my roomies. Pretty quiet and laid back, yet also bubbly and funny.

A: Is moving from DC to start my MPH this fall. Loves to go to concerts, work out, and explore new cafes/restaurants (and religiously rate them on Beli!). At home, she's usually reading/journaling/crafting or binging a new TV series/reality show. She's easygoing, level headed, and a social introvert.
