Subleasing my room in Washington Heights- available for one month rent for April
The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and is located off of the 175th St A Train and near Target, fast food, and other restaurants. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the 181st 1 Train. The kitchen and bathroom are renovated - it has updated appliances, a washer and dryer in unit, and a dishwasher. There will be two other roommates in the apartment.
I work full-time remotely as an analyst and I’m also a professional dancer so I’m busy most of the days but I do work from home/coffee shops so I’m usually home during the day. The other roommate works in film and has a very sweet and calm cat.
$900 a Month + $50-$100 in Utilities depending on the time of year. The room is furnished with a bed and desk. Living room is unfurnished, except for the dining table and TV stand but looking to furnish it soon.
