Hello, I'm Terra. I'm the leaseholder. I rent out my extra bedrooms to help pay bills while I'm in college.

I am looking for an extremely responsible, mature, and communicative roommate to join our little safe haven in Washington heights.

MUST LOVE DOGS, I have a medium sized dog who will surely sniff you out when you get home. He usually roams the house freely.

Must value organization and cleanliness

Must be occupied full time out of the house- please, "work from home professionals" need not apply

Must have excellent communication skills. I communicate quite directly about household standards and conduct, and I am looking for someone who can handle that without taking it personally. The energy in the household is the #1 priority. Bringing any kind of negativity into the home, or harboring animosity toward fellow roomates is simply not tolerated. Anyone bringing drama, animosity or negativity into the home will promptly be issued a move out notice.

Must be prepared to leave $2,000 (security and first month) at once to secure the room.
