Looking for Two Female Roommate

Looking for a female roommate to take over one room of our four bedroom apartment. The apartment is located in Washington Heights. It is a 4 bedroom/1 bedroom apartment. We all are professional, keep to ourselves and are respectful. The apt is in a prewar building with an elevator. No parties allowed and No pets! Common spaces include living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. No *20 or cigarette/vape smoking allowed. We prioritize keeping a clean and sanitary space so if you are a messy person then this is not the place for you, respectfully.

Requirements:
Photo identification (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
Letter from employer stating position, salary and length of employment (or start date if you have not yet started) (Combined Income requirement is 40x rent=annual salary)
Last two pay stubs
Last two months’ bank statements (checking or savings) (Must reflect name, account number, and a minimum balance 3 months equivalent to rent of the desired unit per applicant)
A copy of last Tax Returns and/or W-2 form.

You are welcomed to tour the room.

utilities not included but average less than $110 per month each.

no pets and no guarantors.
