Hi friends!
My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in our very lovely Washington Heights apartment.

HIGHLIGHTS:
-This third-floor walkup is located in a small brownstone (we’re one of just three units in the building!) in Washington Heights, steps away from the 1 train and a 10 min walk to the A/C trains.
-Bedroom is FURNISHED and available starting on July 1st
-Monthly rent is $1,500 and utilities ARE included in the monthly rent
-No pets, no smoking, and no drugs please

ABOUT THE OPEN BEDROOM:
The bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed, desk, huge closet with even more storage space above, and window air-conditioner.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
The apartment itself is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath with amazing amenities like an open kitchen, dish washer, and a separate washer & dryer IN unit! You would be sharing a modern bathroom with just one other person.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:
I’m a 30-year-old professional female working in the performing arts industry. The other roommate is a 32-year-old male who’s an actor and currently in film school. Both of us love to cook, make cocktails from our fabulous bar cart, and watch movies together, all while also respecting our alone time.

ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for a roommate who is clean, organized, doesn't bring the party home, and of course friendly! This would be a sublease and we’re looking for someone to stay for at least 3 months at the very minimum.
