To move in you will need
-First month's rent
-One month broker fee (equals one month rent)
$20 application fee for credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

*NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE LIABLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE RENT

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 36k-48k annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 650

GUARANTORS WELCOME (guarantors need to earn 80x the rent and have a minimum credit score of 660)

Room Breakdown base on size/location:
1st Room-$900 good for Full size bed
2nd Room-$1000 good for Full/Queen size bed
3rd Room-$1000 good for Full/Queen size bed
4th Room-$1200 good for Queen size bed
