Hello! 2 platonic LGBTQ+ friendly males, and 1 adorable pibble, currently occupying the other rooms, need a 3rd roomie to fill the space. June 1st Move-In!

3BR/1B Apt in Washington Heights! W. 173rd & St. Nicholas Ave.
(6mo min, prefer 1yr commitment)

Price is $1000/mo, plus utilities split 3 ways. Usually $30 for high-speed & 5G WiFi, ConEd avg $50-$75 ea. depending on AC/Space Heater usage.

1 month rent + 1 month security needed to move-in, $2000 total, Zelle accepted.

May be furnished w full sized bed, no traditional closet but with clothes wrack, has shelves, additional storage cabinets in room and available for limited storage, including usage of Living Room. "May be" bc current roomie may take his stuff or want to sell it if you want to inquire.

3rd floor walk-up (technically the 4th fl), building relatively quiet and safe, pretty chill block considering the area.

I'm an Artist/Entertainer/Producer and Small Biz Owner, so I work from home sometimes, and also actively gig.

Bonus if you are a creative and somewhat industry based (any spectrum) as is always fun to have like minded collaborators. Can utilize living room space for self-taping auditions, zoom meetings, etc.

Pet friendly, my guy is a handsome, well trained and adorably cute 9yr old pibble who will love you to pieces once he gets to know you.

We are LGBTQ+ friendly, both queer, platonic, we are 4twenty friendly. Other roomie keeps to himself and mostly out at work/school.

All we ask is that you are CLEAN, pick-up after yourself, communicate, and are respectful of the space you share. No other real hangups, mature, preferably over 21, under 50, have your ish together as best you can during these crazy times and are on time with rent and bills.
