Furnished Room in Washington heights

Located on 174th street nearby Amsterdam Ave in the center of Washington Heights.

This room is in a 3 BD 1 bathroom unit, furnished with desk, twin bed, and closet.
3rd floor walk-ups in old brown stone apartment building. (so, don't expect urban new yorker life here.)

We share bathroom and kitchen. Strict cleaning rules applied. ($100 is credited each month if cleanliness is maintained.)
Wi-Fi and Utilities (Electric & Gas) included.
AC is available. (You must set up on window)
Laundry is one block away. 5-7 minutes walk to A/C/1/9 train station.

I'm female professional, and have one female roommate. looking for a third female roommate who works full time or full time student, but no full remote work/class.

There is no shared living room so that we rarely mingle in daily basis. Must be super tidy and responsible person. ($100 is credited every month if house rules are 100% maintained.)

No party and guests staying over, no male guests without permission.
There are 2 cats.
Summer intern (Jun.-Aug.) considered, but no remote viewing, please come to see the room/neighborhood and me.
