Hello friends! My partner and I are moving from our studio into a 1-bedroom and, therefore, we are offering a 6-month sublet of our beautiful Washington Heights apartment! Rent is $1530/month. Message me for photos and any questions!

Located 2 blocks from the A/C and 1 trains, the building is super convenient! The unit is on the 5th floor of an elevator building, allowing beautiful light from the south facing windows! The lobby has cameras, for some peace of mine, and there is a laundry room in the basement. The unit has two big closets, a small separate kitchen, and a spacious bathroom!

As a queer couple, we have always felt safe and respected by other tenants and management!
