A spacious, ;furnished private room is available in a quiet apartment located on Bennett Avenue, in Washington Heights, Manhattan. The room includes a bed, a large closet, and plenty of natural light. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer to create your own space.

The apartment is located in an older, well-maintained building with character and charm. The building offers laundry facilities in the basement for your convenience, and there are also laundromats nearby.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, just a short walk to the A train and only a couple of blocks from the 1 train, making commuting around Manhattan easy. It is also close to grocery stores, restaurants, medical offices, pharmacies, and other everyday conveniences.

You will be sharing the apartment with two quiet, mature roommates or European origin. We both work outside the home and value a peaceful, respectful living environment.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a young professional man or a student with a mature mindset.
Is quiet, clean, and responsible.
Has a stable job outside the home (no work from home, please).
Is a non-smoker.
Is respectful of shared spaces.
No pets.
No overnight guests or frequent visitors, please.
No parties or loud gatherings at home.
