We are looking for one roommate to move into the last room in the video and join a one year lease that starts on November 1st. Please do not respond to this ad if you don't make 40 times rent and have a credit score of at least 650 or a guarantor that makes 80 times rent and has a credit score of at least 700.

This is seriously one of the biggest 4 bedrooms in Manhattan. The available room is 16x16, can fit a king sized bed, desk, dresser, and couch. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Living room is very spacious with two big windows. The apartment is located in a very nice and maintained elevator building on St Nicholas Ave, near 160th. 1 block away from the C train and 5 blocks away from the 1 train- very convenient location! The building also has laundry in the basement, a live in super, and security cameras on every floor.
We are looking for a roommate who is similar to us. We want to live in a clean, quiet, and peaceful environment. We do not want a roommate who argues about taking out the garbage and cleaning the common areas. We do not want a roommate who has an issue with direct communication and is passive aggressive. We need roommates who always pay their rent and utilities on time. Heat and hot water are included. The wifi is $40 per person and the electricity is between $50-$70 per person.
