The apartment is located in a very nice and maintained elevator building on St Nicholas Ave, near 160th. 1 block away from the C train and 5 blocks away from the 1 train- very convenient location! The building also has laundry in the basement, a live in super, and security cameras on every floor.

The third room in the video is 16x11 and has one closet. It can fit a queen size bed, desk, and dresser.

The fourth room in the video is 16x16 and as huge as the living room. It has no closet but can fit a king size bed, desk, dresser, and even a couch.
