Looking for a place uptown? Then this is the spot. Warm friendly atmosphere, I'm looking to fill there extra bedroom.

A mere short walk to Columbia NYP, cloisters, and a quick commute to Midtown 20-25 min.

A TRAIN is about 30 yards from the front of the apt!

Laundry across the street from th we building. 3 coffee shops, a few fantastic bars, pizza, and chill pubs.

Extremely close to Columbia NYP hospital. 10 min walk for nurses or medical staff.

I'm a hair stylist for TV & FILM and Broadway. Been working for about 15 years.
The other roomie is a 31 or old native Nyc'er thats a therapist.

I have a 4yr old black cat named Pickles. So Pet friendly peeps are a must. AND there is a 10month kitten named Violet

Wifi is about 34 per person
Electric ranges anywhere from 40 to 65 per person.

I want to find the right vibes. Having a balanced home is very important to me.

Bathroom and kitchen are supper important to keep clean! Grabbing trash, vacuuming, dishes, swiffering...etc General household helping each other

I typically rotate bathroom cleaning with the roomies.
I also like to divide cleaning supplies as well. Paper towels toliet paper, cleaners.

Truly am hoping to find a great fit! Respect and quiet are must. Please no heavy vapers, smokers or alcohol.
