You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc. NOTE: You will only be responsible for your share of the rent

1st Room-$925 good for a twin/full size bed (no built-in closet but has assigned closet outside of room)
2nd Room-$1050 good for Queen size bed (no built-in closet but has assigned closet outside of room)
3rd Room-$1100 good for Queen size bed
4th Room-$1250 good for King size bed
