Large 2 bedroom apartment with a big kitchen and bathroom. Common spaces are fully furnished, bedroom will be empty after current roommate moves out. Steps away from the 1 train, a block from the highway, and quick access to Riverside Park.
About Me:
Mid-30s female, with a very sweet/calm 12yr old dog. I'm a cello teacher and for now I'm playing at home quite a bit while most teaching is remote. My hours tend to be Mon-Thur around 2pm-7pm and Sunday mornings. I'll be vaccinated by March and would love to start teaching an occasional student from home again, so bonus if you're vaccinated as well and you're comfortable with students coming by (in masks). During non-pandemic times, I only teach from home 1-2 evenings a week. I swim at Brighton Beach 4X a week, so you'll have some alone time in the mornings.
About You:
Responsible with Covid precautions, but comfortable with the risks I need to take teaching in person. Strong communication, especially now, is very important to me. I meditate and don't drink or use drugs as a personal choice, and hope to live with someone who drinks in moderation at most.
