Nice large, sunny room (furnished) with great light in a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Queen-sized bed, dresser and spacious closet. Recently renovated, with a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. The bathroom is newly renovated, with a bath tub, share with one female roommate.

Large living room with a spacious, modern, open kitchen. Washer/dryer and dishwaser in unit. The common area gets sun in the morning and has many, many plants. The large dining room table makes it easy to create different work-from-home spots. The building is quiet, with many long-time residents.

With Riverside Park, Fort Tryon and the Cloisters in close walking distance, this has been the perfect place to be during the pandemic. The neighborhood is friendly and has done a great job creating outdoor spaces and good take-out options (Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, a great Irish pub and several modern bar/restaurants). Starbucks and a local coffee shop one block away. We moved here for the convenience, but this has quickly become a favorite neighborhood. Five story walk up.

One block from the A Train and five blocks from the 1 Train at 181st Street. The room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser, large closet.

I'm a native New Yorker, lived in this neighborhood for 5 years. I like to create a friendly, respectful living environment. COVID cautious. I work for myself and have a flexible schedule (sometimes at odd hours) mostly out of the house, so you would have the space to yourself most days, and company on some evenings if desired. I like to create a homey-living space, where everyone is free to be themselves. With past roommate, some evenings we watch movies in the living room, sometimes we do our own thing. Open communication is key.

Our other roommate has his own bathroom. He works from home in his room, is very responsible, and tends to keep to himself. When we connect, we tend to talk all things theater.

We don't have any pets, but open to a small dog living with us. No smokers, please. Female renters preferred. Queer friendly.
