Washington Heights Room Available to Sublet

Hello! My friends Alyssa, Arianna, and I are looking for someone to sublet a room in our 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor apartment in Washington Heights. We are fun-loving, creative bunch who love to laugh, cook delicious meals from time to time, watch movies, sing, and explore NYC. The apartment is located in a decent area in Washington Heights, a few short blocks from the 1 and A trains. There are beautiful parks nearby with plenty of space to run, bike or play tennis, and there are some really great bars and restaurants in walking distance. Due to Covid-19, two of us are at home most of the time. The room is small, but perfect for a student, young professional, or someone moving to NYC for the first time on a budget. As much as we like to have fun every so often, we do value privacy and respect each other's personal space and peace and quiet and are looking for someone to do the same. That being said, we are looking for someone who we can get along with, as we will be sharing a home together. Might as well be comfortable with each other! Also, I have two small parakeets that get chatty ever once in awhile but I keep them in my room most of the time.
