Washington Heights room for female $833

This is a 3 bedroom apartment occupied by 3 woman. One of our roommates has to move out due to funding issues from her school so we are trying to sublet her room for August 2019-June 2020. We signed the lease only a month ago, so you will be getting close to a year lease.

WHAT WE'VE GOT: The apartment is cozy and cute, with an exposed brick wall, spacious living area, and open kitchen with a built in microwave. The bathroom is huge with a deep tub. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer as pictured, and the rent includes HEAT and HOT WATER as per the lease agreement!!! The room is cozy but has high ceilings and a large window with a sill big enough to use as a bookshelf or side table. It can fit a full size bed as pictured with some small things, plus a large closet space! This room is a steal for the price and area, and the apartment is super cute!!!

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for another female or female presenting person only!! We are firm on this. You will be living with my good friend Kat and I, two girls in our 20s who work full time and like to have fun in our free time. We love chatting in common areas and would love to be your friend, but we also hang to ourselves and will be in our rooms much of the time so we value privacy. I have one cat (he's 8 and very sweet) but not good with other cats or dogs so we'd prefer someone with no pets of their own. Must be okay with overnight guests, we are!! We enjoy wine, board games, movies, and are very outgoing. Looking for someone clean, cool, and communicative for a happy n' healthy home. We'd love to meet you!!!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: We are on the edge of Washington Heights Manhattan, 1 minute walk from the 181st Street 1 train and less than an 8 minute walk to the A express train. We are in a HUB of stores, just steps away from our apartment is food, dollar stores, grocery stores, chain stores (Marshalls a 5 minute walk, Modells, Goodwill, etc), two gyms under a 10 minute walking distance, and so much more. You don't have to travel far for anything (we bought an air conditioner 3 blocks away from our apartment). Close subways and store signs bright at night make walking around feels safe and comfortable. We also have a live-in super for any apartment issues. The area is the thing I like the most about our apartment.
